OBJECTIVE

I am currently completing my level II fieldworks. I should be completed with both rotations by 12-01-2020. My plan is then to obtain a temporary COTA license in South and North Carolina until I have completed my board certification.

EXPERIENCE

I have no previous work experience in Occupational Therapy.

I worked as a cosmetologist for approximately 3 years at Smart-style in Fayetteville, WV

EDUCATION

I completed the OTA program at University of Charleston in Beckley WV.

I maintained a GPA of 4.0-3.6.

I obtained a Lifestyle Redesign badge through AOTA.
