Duties and responsibilities:

First impression of the restaurant, warm welcome, creating positive, fun experience and fond farewell to all guests.

Informing the guest, the meal delays if any and keeping long waited guest entertained by drinks and chit chatting until there tables are ready.

Offer appropriate seating arrangements.

Resolve guest service issues by utilizing strong customer service skills and exercising diplomacy.

Ensure the quantity of menus is sufficient to cater to number of guests.
