Led a team of developers to build a MicroStrategy reporting project (CSI) utilizing the IDR database as the source and developed aggregated reports for the Medicare Parts A and B claims data.
Analyzed the Health Care Information System (HCIS) reports, databases, and ETL processes from the NCH and NMUD data streams. Investigated and documented the report usage pattern, prepared various metrics to identify crucial reports, and persuaded CMS to use a phased implementation approach.
