graphic design for the agency. This included assembly and implementation of associated

processes and procedures.

• Designed posters, programs, certificates, presentations, brochures, badges, book covers, kiosk slides, newsletters, fact sheets, etc. for meetings, events, and activities

• Designed banners for the agency's web portal

• Operated large format printers, badge printers, laminators, disk duplicators, and other devices used to complete requested jobs

• Responsible for reporting to customers and/or team lead on concepts and design requirements

• Retained records of visual information products in automated electronic files

• Assembled products into binders, plastic comb binding, folders, and other related formats
