I have 24 years of domestic and international experience with engineering companies in management, engineering, operations, and EPC execution on over 20 projects covering a variety of downstream sectors including Ethylene, Refining, Chemicals, LNG Liquefaction Units and Terminals, and Cogeneration. Over the last 14 years, I have held management positions at both the department and project levels and have been responsible for both the technical and financial performance of my organizations. My experience includes extensive training and knowledge of schedule development and milestone achievement, risk and change management, budget creation and cost minimization, quality assurance, personnel recruitment and selection, staff utilization, and performance measurement. As Overall Interface Manager for three concurrent projects during the FEL3 (FEED) phase, I was responsible for the creation and implementation of the interface management plan encompassing three distinct process units (ISBL) and their associated off-sites & utilities (OSBL). Each project included coordination between the ISBL and OSBL contractors as well as interfaces with third party entities and tie-ins with the existing facility. Activities included:

Ichthys LNG Onshore Project (Darwin, Australia); Lead Project Engineer (Paint & Insulation) Jun 17 - May 18
Working on assignment at site, I provided leadership, management, and technical quality oversight of the engineering personnel and activities of the Paint & Insulation Division during the construction phase of the project. As the primary management contractor, we employed 3 subcontractors with over 1,000 employees to inspect, repair, and replace paint and insulation on both modular and stick-built construction areas. Activities included:
Identified and developed overall scope of work; supervised development of work-packs for instruction to subcontractors
Reviewed and issued all Technical Deviations for client approval and communication with Subcontractors
Developed and evaluated scope reduction initiatives to improve project schedule
Managed team of Project Engineers and Field Engineers including coordination with Subcontractor and client field supervisors and technical teams
Cheniere Mid-Scale Liquefaction Project; Project Manager – Engineering Nov 16 – Apr 17
I coordinated engineering activities and deliverables required by the project for the Regulatory Authority - Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Additionally, I provided overall project engineering support. Activities included:

As part of the Primary Management Contractor (PMC) Leadership, I supervised a team of coordinators who monitored the Interface Management progress of 16 detailed design contractors located in 7 different countries. I supported the client project management team in identifying and addressing issues with Interface Management, offering expert guidance on procedure interpretation, conflict resolution, and progress measurement. Activities included:
Coordinated quarterly eight Global Interface Meetings where approximately 150 - 200 contractors and clients met for a week of face-to-face discussions on scope definition and alignment of detailed design, construction, and commissioning
Produced weekly and monthly progress reports on Contractors’ activities for 3000+ interface points
Provided procedure interpretation and dispute resolution for interface issues between multiple contractors
Jazan IGCC FEED (Jazan, Saudi Arabia); Project Management – Interface Management Nov 12 – Aug 13
As Interface Manager, I was responsible for the creation and implementation of the overall interface management plan and procedures required for the Invitation to Bid documentation to be use for Detailed Design, Construction, and Commissioning. Activities included:
