•Brought in as an analyst to perform an Oracle implementation stabilization in which my contract was extended, and I took over the project’s entry group as a manger. Within a few months I stepped into the role of a director of project accounting and purchasing quality assurance.

•Reorganized the Project Accounting team, established policies and procedures, trained new super users/SME’s, and implemented KPI based metrics reporting to senior management, resulting in a 10% increase in the capacity of the team to complete the order writing process.
