Work Experience
2017 January to February 2018: Personal Assistance to the manager at PLM Music
Analyse all clients and travel agent requirements through telephone and emails and recommend suitable options for all customers and assist to confirm all reservations
Answer all incoming calls with courtesy.
Make travel arrangements, booking flights, car rentals, and hotel and restaurant reservations.
Attend meetings in place of the manager as representative in some situations.
Update the Managers electronic calendar and diary with current meeting times and details of the event.
Assist to make all bookings and reservations.
Assist with bookkeeping, organizing and managing files and performing Internet research.
Creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations that the manager uses to run department.
Assist to compile research on an upcoming event, travel destination, project and business entity.
