• Handles Administration related matters of 6000 plus employees.
• Ensure the supply of sweet water, sewage, construction water,scrap removal and construction waste removal as per needs
• Dealing with payments to local suppliers. (Food, Water, Sewage, Skip Boxes etc.)
• Coordinate with accounts dept. for the audit of administration assets.
• Perform accounting for the disposition of fixed assets

• Directing the welfare activities for employees and recommending to management to way to improve employees welfare
• Assist in dust control, flood control and Dewatering as per their needs.
• Coordinate with testing and commissioning team to arrange sweet water and removal water for flushing and pressure test
