Provide technical support to Project management in resolving problems concerning inspection methods and procedures of completing works within the scope and intent of applicable codes and standards.

Experience in verification of records, material inspection, mill test certificates, final inspection of material receiving inspection of fabrication shop, witnessing of Tank materials as per code and standards.

Verify heat number, inspection during fabrication and erection such as Tank materials, pipe cut length, edge preparation, fit-up, branch connections, valve connections, flanged joints, bolt, nuts, washer, gasket and tolerances cleaning requirements.

Review and implementation of WPS according to the project requirements.

Conduct bolt tightening inspection and verification of the flange joint assembly. To ensure correct type class, rating, grade, material and dimension of the flange, bolt and gasket to be used.

Visually check the flange facing for its cleanliness/good quality serration and witness flange re-facing work activities in case severe damage of serration occur during inspection.

Perform visual inspection and witness pipe internal cleanliness, hydro testing and lay-up prior to acceptance of the client.

Preparation and Submission of the Hydro-Testing package to the client for review.
