PROJECTS Modulation and computational analysis of MEMS based sensor's Microelectromechanical Systems, have been explored by many researchers and it is used for the diagnosis of cancer and also glucose monitoring. In the project we have reviewed different proﬁle and shapes of microcantilever which can be used for sensing application and how can we increase sensitivity of the microcantilever beam.
