Responsibilities includes but not limited to:-
Coordinates the preparation of JSA.
Conduct Daily Pep talk.
Conduct Tool Box Meetings.
Raise the Daily required various Permit To Work.
Ensures that the adequate PPE are provided for the Employees.
Ensures that the Work Site is safe for the Employees to perform their various tasks.
Stop every unsafe work.
Ensures that PPE are properly worn and adequately used.
Monitor safety performance of job sites’
Conduct HSE audit and inspection with written reporting
Assist in the development of job specific safety documentation
Maintain HSE legislative requirements
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.

Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters
Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc
Organize programs and promotional activities to enhance HSE awareness
