Management of medical/minor surgical issues ranging from routine primary care (diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome and hyperlipidemia) to emergent conditions requiring stabilization prior to transport to ED and addressing urgent conditions/minor emergencies in between. Chart Documentation Reviewer—2007- 2012

Review provider charts for documentation to make sure it meets requirements for the office visit code level chosen. Review for efficiency as well. Development of instruction manual to direct providers how to document concisely and thoroughly to meet code level requirements. Currently charts are reviewed and “graded”. Feedback is given to the provider to improve their documentation practices.
