Organize heat treatment parts to vacuum furnace as per planning.

Preparation and modification of heat treatment recipes for different parts to meet customer specification.

Monitoring and collecting backup data for all production batches.

Preparation and modification of heat treatment process sheet, work instructions and SOP.

Conducting internal 5s audits and maintain 5s in shop floor.

Supporting for CQI-9 and IATF audits.

Maintaining and calibration of temperature uniformity survey for all furnace.

Maintain and calibration for system accuracy test for all thermocouples.

Take corrective and preventive measure to eliminate causes of TC’s. Work Responsibilities in Quality

Prepare the mechanical report for assemble part as per drawing.

Maintain and calibration of Rockwell, Vickers hardness testing machine and microscope.
