CAREER SYNOPSIS

1.M/S. Reliance Industries Ltd, Jamnagar, Gujrat:

Reliance currently operates two world scale refineries, DTA and SEZ with a total capacity of 60 MMTPA from the Jamnagar sites. To improve profitability and diversify into petrochemical products, Reliance Industry Limited has embarked on an expansion program collectively termed as “J3 Program” which includes Gasification Complex. AGR is the downstream unit of Gasification.

Project Name: J-3 Gasification complex, Jamnagar (Gujrat).

Job Responsibilities:

Hands on experience of pre-commissioning activities like mechanical completion, verification of conformity with design of mechanical, electrical and instruments installations.

Hands on experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start up of LTHR, AGR & Refrigeration Unit.

Having working exposure in pure Syngas & Hydrogen Manufacturing Process & Operations.

Verifying the integrity of system, P&ID mark up, pre startup safety review, Punch point’s liquidation; checking & verifying the functioning of instruments & control systems for flawless commissioning & safe start up of a plant.

Communicate to the DCS panel for safe handling of unit operations & Process as per the operating procedures.
