A. Presently I have working in JSW ENERGY LIMITED, ( RAJASTHAN). as a Jr. MANAGER (operation) in 1080 MW (8X 135 MW) Power Plant (IPP) From October 2010 to till Date.

B. TATA CHEMICALS LIMITED, MITHAPUR (GUJARAT).

Working as a Asst. Engineer (operation) in 110MW captive power plant (CPP) From March 2008 to October 2010.

C. HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LIMITED . Unit – BIRLA COPPER, DAHEJ [GUJARAT] working as Jr. Engineer (O&M) in 135 MW Captive power plant (CPP ) From October 2006 to March 2008. D. SOOR INDUSTRIES PVT LTD. At CUTTACK, (ODISHA). Working as a Mech. Engineer in utility( O&M ) department.. From 2002-2005. EXPERIENCE OF BTG (Operation) IN FOLLOWING TYPES & PARAMETERS:

BOILERS: PF, CFBC & AFBC (Make CEHP, Dong Fang, ThyssenKrupp, BHEL)

TURBINE: High pressure intermediate Re-heat, Double cylinder and Double exhaust cum condensing type.

-Non Re-heat, Extraction cum condensing type.

Operation of BTG unit in following parameters: [highest]

(Working steam pressure 135 kg/cm (g) & Steam temperature 550 c) RESPONSBILITES:

1) Responsible for power plant operation for generation and supply of power as per standard operating parameter and with the full compliance of safety and environment standard.

2) Cold and hot startup, tripping and change over of plant equipment and auxiliaries. Communication and co-ordination with related department Electrical, Mechanical, 3) Instrumentation to isolation and giving shutdown of equipment’s preparation and issue safety work permits.

4) Communication with Laboratory to know the boiler water, cooling water, quality by use of chemical dosing and blow down.

5) Annual shut down of boiler & Turbine for overhauling and inspection, prepare the list of shut down activities, identify equipment for preventive maintenance and supervision of shut down maintenance job.

6) Participate and Implementation of there activities like the Daily Report, ISO 9000

&14001 and safety related 5S house keeping etc.

QALIFICATION

Passed 10th from Higher Secondary Certificate Board, ORISSA. With 59.80% of marks.

Passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from S.C.T.E. & V.T, ORISSA with 75.16% of marks, in 2000.

Passed Post Diploma in THERMAL POWER PLANT ENGINEERING from NPTI (National Power Training Institute) DURGAPUR, (W. B.), Under the Ministry of power, Govt. of India, in 2006.

Completed 500 MW Simulator Training at NPTI, FARIDABAD, in 2006.

B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering From BPUT Odisha. COMPUTER EXPOSURE:

Basic computer operation (Microsoft word, Excel, Power point).

AUTO CAD – 2000.
