• Configuring and fault diagnosis of PLC(Allen Bradley RS Logic) and SCADA.

etc.)

• Proficient in maintenance of field instruments like temperature, pressure, level, flow,

FIELD INSTRUMENT EXPOSURE

Supervision of Erection activities such as Instruments erection, Panels erection, Junction boxes etc.

Sound knowledge with P & I Diagrams, Control Logic Specifications, Loop Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Instrument Index, Instrument Data Sheet, DCS I/O list, Instrument location & arrangement drawings.

Proper knowledge of Erection, Commissioning and Trouble-shooting of Transmitters, Switches, Sensors, Gauges, RTD, of all Standard makes and models in ESP areas.

Conducted Radiographic and Penetrate Testing for Impulse Pipe Lines.

Calibration of Field Instruments as per the process requirement

Compatible with HART Communicators (Emerson 475) and its proper usage.

Overview Knowledge of Instrument cabling, termination, and Panel end.

1.Logic modification, forcing, Io checking, communication etc.

2.HMI graphic modification, linking to IOs and Logic editor etc

RESPONSIBILITIES

schedule.
