To improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access.

Plant inspection before operation and after finished concrete production like conveyer belt, dust collection system, hydraulic and pneumatic gates, air compressor, etc.

Prepare daily breakdown reports for maintenance management.

Ensure timely reporting of all breakdowns with corrective actions.

Mini Project –

"Basic design modeling of Gear Hob"

Description - With the knowledge of manufacturing process and nomenclature of a reference gear hob, a 3D model of the Hob is generated. The procedure mentioned in the above steps can be followed to design any kind of single start hobbing tool on Solidworks for the cutting of spur and helical gears.

Major Project –

"Energy and exergy analysis of coal fired thermal power plant" Description - In this study energy, exergy efficiencies of different relevant equipment at each of the nodal points of the whole plant are calculated. This data will form a pool of plant performance data which may ultimately results in better understanding of the plant and thereby possibly help improvements in plant design and operation. SAE Supra- Team Whiplash FSAE India (October 2015 - July 2016) Participated in SAE Supra-2016, responsible for roll cage design and analysis. Modelling was done in CATIA and analysis was performed in Ansys Workbench. Designed aluminum-foam sandwich for attenuator.

ACHIEVEMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Volunteered in organization of FSAE India (SAE SUPRA) 2015 at Madras Motor Racing Track, Chennai, India under the guidance of Volkswagen Motorsport India.

Design member of the team which participated in FSAE India (SAE SUPRA) 2016 at Buddh International Circuit, Noida, India.
