Electronic Documentation of submittals, transmittals (DS, SD, ABDS, WN, SCR, MS, MSS, MIR, O&M Manual, T&C Reports, Warranty Certificates, IR, Closeout Deliverables through PM Web / Aconex / Project Collaboration Website and updates, maintain master inward/outward log.
Uploads and maintains documents, submittals, transmittals, shop drawings and data in the Document Management System (PCW/PMWEB) ensuring compliance with Company data control standards.
Maintains up to date files, control logs, numbering and databases of all project related information.
Ensures all documentation is kept under safe custody without damage /
deterioration.
Prepares periodic reports including assisting with internal reports to keep management informed on the project progress Interacts with and assists engineers to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
Supports the project team with adhoc tasks to support the overall
objectives of the team.
Independent correspondence.
Typing letters, memos, minutes of meetings, weekly and monthly reports.

Prepare transmittal / time sheets for staff and process for Clients approval.
