Fitting of pipe, flanges and valves and hydraulic testing.

I have worked in construction mechanical petrochemical and gas plant, during the work time I follow the rules and regulation of work procedure. In large types of pipe fitting I am able to read isometric drawing and marking fitting independently. I know how to do the readymade fitting.

Having knowledge of reduce equal tee, unequal tee, Y-Branch miter cut bend elbow, offset, Bend, etc.

Completed training course in the techniques of joining Ameron bond strand (R) glass fiber reinforced epoxy pipes and fitting and also qualified to carryout Ameron types (S) of joints.

Knowledge of hand and measuring tools.

Surface, grinding, cut grinding, drilling of holes taping, bending of pipes etc.

Marking on the pipe and fabrication jobs of pipes, miter bend, flanges & gasket etc.

Knowledge of safety rules & application.
