Maximizing and restoring functional mobility, updating treatment plans often. Currently supervising multiple PTA’s to ensure goals are carried out and patient potentials are achieved. Provided exceptional therapy in the home health care setting to adult and geriatric populations promoting and maximizing independence and safety in the home. This included many patients coming from acute care, in-patient rehab, and nursing home setting having multiple co-morbidities. Lead therapist in an out-patient rehabilitation setting including joint replacements, manual therapy, fractures, post-op surgeries, neurological, and work comp injuries. I also performed contractor work at the airport with Delta and also at Accredo for ergonomic evaluations teach proper body mechanics and set up optimal work stations to reduce work injuries in the industrial setting.
