To Whom it May Concern;

Nathan Hayes was employed at Quince Imaging, Inc. for a little over two years with exemplary performance up until the onslaught brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic. Nathan was a valued team member for our diverse systems integration projects and he worked very hard to assist the company in a wide variety of tasking as we worked to grow the department. He took ownership of his responsibilities and improved job costing efforts immensely. When he arrived, we did not have a good grasp of individual job costing and he implemented;

-Purchase order procedures that did not exist enabling us to align our costs to projects.

-Improved quote writing practices which included adding inventory items, using sum totals and building templates

-Fixed many items in our system software including price, description, location etc

-Developed improved naming conventions fort sales quotes (I.e. Adding quote #s & standardizing naming)

-Improved sales quote accuracy across the board; client information, addresses, line items accurate to actual items sent, entering our costs to sales quotes.

-Organized, Improved and managed the organization of annual support and maintenance agreements, including logging when each site was due for maintenance & scheduling when renewals were due

-Assisted with the improvement of Quince documents; flex forms, support agreement terms,

-Improved folder filing system in workplace systems integration and revamped templates.

-Assisted in account collections and provided all the procurement for SI Dept

-Assisted with writing, job costing and specifying sales quote information for sales team.

-Set up many net30 accounts with vendors to help avoid credit cards

.

Nathan also developed relationships with venders which helped us negotiate better rates and terms translating into higher profits. He also became a contact for many clients before and after sales were confirmed in an effort to relieve sales people so they could work on other projects. I will miss the input and professionalism of Nathan and he would be a strong asset for any organization.
