CareCentrix is a provider of home health benefits management services to the health care industry. They provide health care plans and providers with a one-stop solution that coordinates all of a patient’s home health care needs including skilled nursing services, home infusion therapies and durable medical equipment. The main scope of the project is to create reports and dashboards for entire business.

Roles & Responsibilities – Onsite [Nov 2015 to Present]

Evaluated and analyzed Functional/business requirements, Data quality and data profiling as a subject matter expert in Claims & Services analytics.

Worked with the business analysts and played a key role across SDLC project implementations and effectively communicated/guided offshore development teams on timely & Quality deliverables.

This Project (C2 Reporting Services) is about facilitating the users across Cognizant with Organizational reports, Dashboards, Metrics form C2.0 DB for Delivery, audit & Compliance purpose.

Project Description

We are accepted as the data provider for any RFI/RFP/Project details/tools search, globally. We are serving the base data to enable corporate DAG [Delivery Assurance Group] in their desktop quality audits, MR Reports are sent to MCG team for analyzing the Metrics Submission Compliance across all practices and C2.0 usage Dashboards and transaction reports to Functional Services Team & DAG Team to aid in the vigorous C2 usage drive.

Role and Responsibilities

Analysis and planning of business requirements for C2.0 Utilization Management & Usage metrics/Dashboard design.

Designed DTS/SSIS Packages to transfer data between servers, load data into database, archive data file from different DBMSs using SQL Enterprise Manager/SSMS on SQL Server 2000/2005 environment and scheduled the jobs to do these tasks periodically.
