●Handling 72 DT Engineer Team.

●Responsible for Analyzing KPI reports for GSM (2G) and WCDMA (UMTS), HSDPA, HSUPA, RSRP, RSRQ, SQI.

●Optimizing the KPI related issues like call drops (CSV, CSD, HSDPA), Handover Failure (SHO & IRAT).

●Handling EMF Testing for compliances and coordination with TERM Cell.

●Preparation of Monthly EIRP/EIRP calculation report to TERM Cell
