Project Description:

This application deals with gynecological issues. This application is related to physician and patient flow. Any patient who is under the consultation of gynecologist can login to this application and fill his complete health detail. This application also has certain sections where patient can add partner also. Using this information gynecologist can give consultation to the patient, give appointment, understand patient gynecological history, see medical reports. This application can also handle the patient medical reports, insurance forms and agreement forms.

This application has many different section, each section providing different functionalities according to the respective login.

This application through its many different modules makes the entire process of treatment from beginning to end traceable for both the patient and the hospital and surely it proves that technology technically solves the problem of ‘solving problems’.

Application Value:

This application really helps the patient communicate easily with the hospital seeking treatment and consultation on fertility issues. It makes the registration and form filling of patient and their patient easy and remote by allowing them to do all the essential tasks from anyplace comfortably.

Also it saves hospital’s manual tasks of tracking, reporting, recording data related to patient and their treatment by making the data digital and the processing of data remote.

And reduces the number of people required to do all the data entry and reporting, saving time and money.
