● Responsibility for the Operation and maintenance of Ro Plant & DM plant, SSF,BE,DMF, Chlorination, ETP, MEE.

Plant, Boiler Dosing System and cooling Tower.

● Water analysis test- PH, Silica, photosphate, Hardness, TDS, P-alkalinity M-alkalinity, Turbidity, Conductivity, Hydrazine, Co2, O2 etc. Coal/Fly Ash/Bed Ash Analysis

● T.M., S.M., I.M., V.M., G.C.V., F.C. etc.

● Coal & Bed Material Sieve Analysis (Size mm.)

● L.O.I. Analysis- B.Ash. & A.P.H., E.S.P., Combined Ash, Silo etc.

● Regeneration of BASE EXCHANGER and MIX BED, SAC & SBA

● Controlling & Maintaining RO Plant parameters as per quality standard.

● Maintaining Monthly & Daily Report for the Plant.

● Maintain Site and Commissioning Site and Report Mail Instrument handled:-

● PH meter, conductivity meter, turbidity meter, UV Spectrometer, Bomb Calorimeter, Weighing Balance etc.

● Testing of silica, phosphate, sulphate, hydrazine iron etc. in water through UV Spectrophotometer.

● Testing of Proximate analysis (TM, IM, VM, ASH & FC) of Coal.

● Testing GCV of Coal through bomb Calorimeter.

● Analysis of TH, Ca Hardness, alkalinity, Chloride etc. through titration method

● Ion Exchange Regeneration ( SAC, SBA, MB, BE, SOFTNER,)
