Maintaining ISO9001:2015 /IATF16949:2016 related documents

Monitoring in house PPM level,Customer PPM level and Delivery Performance as per Customer requirement.

Analysis of quality problem and take corrective/Preventive actions

Participating in the discussions internally & with Customers for Corrective Action as a member of CFT, Using G8D/CAR Analysis.

To use 7QC Tools for problem solving.

Process/Product Validation & Verification.

Assigned the responsibilities of gathering information and conducting training sessions on quality assurance activities, 5S, Assembly & Poka yoke
