MMO & MML: MMOnline interfaces with Thomson/West business systems on the network. MMOnline application is the application used by Regional Managers, others etc. MMLocal is the application on the laptop used by sales representative. Both the applications used to store the Customer details. 4. Siebel: The Thomson-West’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. At a h igh level, the Siebel architecture consists of:
