Job Profile

Treasury Management:

Managing the Cash Flow of the Group by liaising with customers promptly and working closely with Project heads / Senior Managers.

Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.

Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.

Ensuring timely receipts of receivables.

Evaluating the need for the financing and arranging the credit facilities in terms of TR, LC, ABG/PBGs, etc. from various bankers.

Monitoring of Letter of credits (Import and export LCs) to ensure that delivery milestones as per LC is achieved and ensuring the fulfillment of other terms & conditions to avoid the discrepancies.

Managing the all kinds of Bank Guarantees including the timely return of BGs to bank upon completion of Project or completion of Defects liability Period.

Project wise & overall receivables & payable management

Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.

Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions. Financial Planning & Budgeting:

Financial Planning & Budgeting, Project Management, Risk Management.

Setting up the Group Budget on Annual Basis and monitoring the same.

Identifying the cause for the variance with departmental head and implementing the corrective actions to correct them.

Working with various departments of the business to help them monitor their budgets and educating them on the financial risks company may expose to from day to day operations and suggesting the corrective measures to mitigate them,

Responsible for commercial management of projects. Financial Reporting, Accounting, Analysis & Value Added Tax- VAT Management.

Responsible for accuracy of overall books and ensuring the closure of books on monthly basis. Conducting Internal & external audit.

Monitoring of Accounts Payable and accounts receivables functions closely.

Review & discussing the MIS reports on monthly basis with Senior Management and taking the corrective measures to improve the numbers.

Overall responsibility of providing accurate and timely information to Management.

Overall responsible for implementing Internal Controls and Financial Controls.

Well versed with VAT knowledge and experience and managing the whole process of Value added tax implication in whole group level.

Prepare Projected & Actual Cash Flow Statements.

Ensure General Ledger entries are accurate and are in line with Company Procedures & International Accounting Standards.

Finalize Trial Balance with supporting schedules.

Check Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of all bank accounts maintained; resolve any differences in a timely manner.

Providing and interpreting financial information.

Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.

Liaising with external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.

Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
