My daily tasks included tracking all accounts payable and accounts receivable for agency bill policies placed with the agency, as well as identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies in billing, while facilitating collections in some cases. Also responsible for settling all payables via multiple payment/disbursal platforms.
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE • ACMG FCU • DEC. 2016 – JUL. 2019 Responsible, at various times, for tracking/reconciling debit and credit settlements, student loans held by members, mortgages held in part or full by the CU, and ATM transactions and cash tracking. Also responsible for daily reconciliation of the corporate bank statement. In addition, I assist the VP of Finance in compiling financial statements and other reports used by the Board of Directors for budgeting, forecasting and other pertinent decisions.
