Personal statement
Iam a motivational, innovative and analytical professional with organizational success skills for both public and private sectors. Challenging job that will utilize a full range of my skills and experience. My immediate objective is to find a position within an innovative company or organization. Specifically, Iam looking for a team environment where I can learn develop and build on my skills utilizing my full range of abilities.
Summary of work experience:
I have over 6 years in the field of research and community development where I have gained considerable experience; In Facilitation skills, quantitative and qualitative research study methods, data analysis, report writing and dissemination of research findings, awareness creation among others. I have worked in the area of health research, Agriculture, Education and have acquired skills in study coordination, management, mobilization and also supervision of studies through the various engagements through Centre for Social Research, Makerere University Child Health and Development Centre, Refugee Law Project, Makerere department of social work and social Administration, RTI, ACDI-VOCA, Institute for Reproductive Health, Georgetown University among others
I have experience as an Adult Education facilitator attained at Refugee Law Project, where I got involved in various duties and responsibilities as reflected on my c.v.
I also have a lot of experience in the field of both quantitative and qualitative research methods where I explored my leadership skills, organizational skills, facilitation Skills, communication skills, report writing skills and ability to work in mult-cultural communities.
