Planning and developing project proposals and documents which includes: Sponsorship proposals, exhibitors package, guests guide and such likes. Developing and managing budgets, monitoring progress, controlling branding, directing graphical works, managing and analyzing risks.

Marketing, Promoting and publicizing of each project to potential sponsors, partners, exhibitors and guests using different promotional and marketing medium. Leading, overseeing and coaching each project team, participants and interns.

I worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to make sure that the scope, direction, and budget of each project is on schedule and in line with the proposals. Outsourcing and coordinating of project team, potential participants and facilitators.
