Bench.

•Applying for the Job openings through the job boards behalf of the consultant every day.

•Posting the HOT list consultants to the close Contacts and Google groups on Daily Basis.

•Getting the requirements from Tier-1 Vendors.

• Negotiating at the best possible rates for submissions to the client.

• Following-up with the vendors on feedback after the submission.

• Once the resume shortlisted from client side for the interview, coordinating with the Consultant, Vendor and as well management.

• Assist the final process PO and MSA.

• Daily interaction with Consultants and vendors

• Daily checking Update on Previous Submissions and try to collect New Tier-1 Vendor
