• Support patient file retrieval and new patient file documentation for clients with appointments.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of filing systems and TIER.Net records.

• Support the implementation of all file management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and TIER.Net modules.

• Participate in monthly internal data quality assessment (DQA).

• Monitor patient lost to follow-up (LTF) and refer them to HST Linkage Officers for tracing.

• Participate in data analysis, e.g. Facility targets and tracer indicators.
