On Site, one man collision estimator at Automation Ford Frisco. I was essentially the point of contact at the dealership writing initial estimates for dealership walk in business, lot and transport damaged vehicles. Called clients for delivery and accepted payments for final billing. Also coordinated dealer service requests to the dealership for vehicle after it returned, repaired, to the dealership prior to pickup. Worked closely with the dealer Service Manager,the General Manger of the Dealership, as well as the Director of the collision center.
