Ensure the all inward material accountability on daily basis System Vs. Physical.

Responsible for all material transaction accounting in SAP

All stores activities like GRN, DC, and STN rising through SAP.

Maintaining material storage preservation and location traceability to easy operation of inward/ outward function as FIFO method.

Material coverage and shortage report giving to concern section to manage current and future plan.

Conducting physical stock verification of Raw materials and finished goods on monthly basis.

Full fill to site requirement.

Ensure the GRN submitting to accounts with in timeframe

Smooth flow of production without line stoppage by ensuring stock availability well in advance based on production plan

Taking care of (shelf life items) 100% usages of these items without expire.

Logistical follow up ensure the material reach at destination.
