Vice President of Operations - Promotions September 2015 – February 2020

Led our promotional operations facilities across the US, Jamaica, Philippines & India of 200+ employees and responsible for $5MM operational budget.

Managed day-to-day operations and activities including guidance, coaching, planning, and deployment of operational assets, productivity, and efficiency improvements.

Led nearshore and offshore training and recruiting, in turn successfully sunset our legacy entry platforms while consolidating our entry systems into a single-entry platform (PEP). In addition, maintained operational annual savings goal of $500k against COGS and road-map commitments.
