Irvine, California

Senior Drafter Mayo 10, 2010 - Nov. 4, 2011

My tasks under this Senior Drafter position was as follows:

oBeing part of a team in a new project for a single and dual bond head machines for Power Semiconductor Wedge Bonders and Power Ribbon Bonders

oCreate and redefine Pro/E models and detail drawings for prototype release and initial release.

oCreate simple and complex assembly modules and drawings fully detailed for the manufacturing process.

oCreate cable routes using skeleton modules for the electronic wire systems in the machine.

oHelp engineers to establish proper GD&T for critical components relationship in the assembly.

oCreate ECO’s in PLM (PDM) system to implement the jobs by creating the parts and their respective specifications (Cad Drawing).

oOrganize all respective drawings and documents for checking procedures.

oAll work is done using Pro-Intralink in combination with PLM system.

oAll the Pro/E design include Solid models, Sheet metal parts and cabling, drawings are fully parametric, Material assignation, and all components have to be properly interactively analyzed before releasing.

oCreate a parametric control using relations to implement a dynamic motion in the assemblies for their final functionality.

oAll systems used to implement the different jobs are: ProEngineer Wildfire 2, Intralink 3.2, Anvil 1000, documentation control files, and buycard process (Purchase of fasteners, plastic products, etc).
