During my time here I used my Computer Aided Design (CAD) software knowledge to design jigs, fixtures and quality verification for multiple operations which included: lathing, hobing, debur/chamfering, shaping, broaching, shaving, and milling.
Along with designing, I also was involved in writing and implementing CNC programs for cutting and loading of automatic transmission gears into Muratec lathes using Fanuc controls. CIMCO Edit 5 software was used in the writing of these programs.
