As per my current profile I am responsible for overall HR functions which includes Human Resource Management, Daily Operations & Administration of the organization viz. Business Partnership, Business Communication, Vendor/Clients Management, Dealing with Legal Team, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Designing & Implementing all the HR Policies of the company, Performance Appraisal, Rewards & Recognition, HR Operations (Payroll etc), Learning & Development, HR Audit and compliance & New Initiatives, Exposure of handling a team of Leaders etc. Responsible for entire HR, Operations and Administration of Corporate Office, Registered Office and Project Sites at Pan India Level.
