As per my current profile I am responsible for overall HR functions which includes Human Resource Management, Daily Operations & Administration of the organization viz. Business Partnership, Business Communication, Vendor/Clients Management, Dealing with Legal Team, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Strategic Designing & Implementing all the HR Policies of the company, Performance Appraisal, Rewards & Recognition, HR Operations (Payroll etc), Learning & Development, HR Audit and compliance & New Initiatives, Exposure of handling a team of Leaders etc. Responsible for entire HR, Operations and Administration of Corporate Office, Registered Office and Project Sites at Pan India Level.

Provide business partnership to key stakeholders across functions and cater to strategic & operational people requirements. Develop, implement and drive people strategies & initiatives that support business objectives and values

Build effective business relationships and partnerships with the key stakeholders including the leadership team
