Duties and Responsibilities

Implement plan for new employee induction and orientation at all levels within the units and subsequent follow-up on progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction & probation period including identification of any training needs to complement the learning on the job.

Issuance of offer letters, on boarding process, enrolling candidates into HRMS system.

Successfully handled for all aspects of Employee Relations issues including: performance management, discipline, grievance, termination, sexual harassment issues, employee investigations, safety investigations, and labor relations.

Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.

Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date. Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments.
