Evaluation of Tender documents and providing technical support for pre-engineering team on request of quoting the same

Analysis of technical specification mentioned in PO and forwarding the technical data to Design Department.

Analysis of scope of work in the Project.

Costing and Budgeting of Project

By following design practices, finalise the output drawings.

Finalizing P&ID by checking technical data with reference to Purchase Order like pump capacities, flowrates, holding tube length, sensors and other technical parameters.

Preparation of BOM of Project and forwarding the same to purchase department

Assisting design department for preparation of equipment layout and piping drawing after post order Visit.

Planning and Tracking project activities with the help of Gantt Chart

Preparation of Utility requirements of Project in co-ordination with Customer.

Expediting project requirements to achieve targeted delivery of project.

Monitor Installation of Project, commissioning of equipment.

Preparation of operational manuals of Project.

Co-ordinate Customers visits and Meetings.

Maintaining Data base of Important Documents with respect to Audit Compliance. Key Competencies-
