3. Maintaining the Company’s Camera System
Installation and Setup of Hikvision DVR including setting up the event timers record times and motion detection as well as connecting the cameras
Installation and mounting of Hikvision cameras both IP and analog cameras as well as different brands like Ezviz and Samsung, Hikvision was mostly used on site
Replacing and upgrading the DVR’s hard drive

7. Connecting and Setup of company Desktop Phones, Cell phones and WiFi Cordless Phones (Cordless Unidata IP phones were used on site)
Connecting Snom 300 Desktop phones with corresponding Extension numbers and network settings
Setup cordless WiFi phones for security and staff who move around allot including assigning them an IP and correct matching network information corresponding with the phone PBX server in use
Personnel cell phones were connected to the wifi if needed
Some users used a vpn on there cell phones this was installed using OPEN vpn in the play store for clients who required it
Our sales team used Sureswipe that allowed our clients to make payments on their cell phones using the sureswipe machine and the APP this was also installed on the users phones who used it as well as applying the security APK file towards their cell phones for authentication
Email was setup on the clients phones via the outlook app or default email app client using the correct smtp and security server settings 8. Setup and Creation of Email Accounts
When users need a new Email address the Cpanel was used to create them a new Email account
The Cpanel was also used to delete accounts no longer in use as well as to increase the Email Box size and make similar changes
Emails needed to be setup on client machines almost all of our client used outlook to connect there mails, setup included going into Control Panel and using the function under Mails to add and connect the Email account using correct SMTP and security settings provided for each user
Setup included adding an Email signature for all our users as well as adding the option to receive an Email as soon as Email is sent and read by the user receiving the Email (Read Receipt)
9. Upkeep of our Firewall (PFsense) and Telephone system (Free PBX)
Our internet throttling was setup through our firewall limiting our tenants to their detailed internet line for downloading and uploading
Security measures was setup so that our desktop phones IP range and unrecognized IP devices would be blocked not allowing them into our LAN pc network
Internet Browsing was also limited and secured excluding and blocking sites that included malicious content and or torrent sites
On our Telephone system when adding new desktop snom phones, and cordless phones they would first have to be created on the FreePBX system with correct settings
New phone numbers and short dials including voicemail options was also setup using the FreePBX system
10. Backups and Data loss Security
Sync Back Free is used on our backup server to make clones of data at every end of day that cloned each servers hard drive
Dropbox was used as well to keep an online copy of all cloned data
Our Main 2 servers was backed up to an Hyper V clone so that it could be started from any pc when the server fails
