Monitoring & maintaining Temp, RH & DP in HVAC Systems through BMS System as Per the Plant requirement on Daily Basis & to attained Breakdown’s of HVAC Plant.
Quarterly / Yearly PM Of HVAC Equipment’s as per the Schedule of Yearly Planner and to do entry in SAP System for the following equipment’s.
Carrying out Daily Monitoring of All Equipment’s to maintain required Temp & RH Constantly.
Preparing All SOP, Periodic Activity Protocol, and all related Documents as per requirement.
Raising PR in SAP to Maintain MIN/MAX Stock or as Per requirement
Project Work: AHU, DEH & HUD Installation, Duct Size Calculation, Hepa Filter, VRV & VRF Installation as Per the Area requirement.
Periodic Activity’s:
HEPA Filter Integrity Test, Air Flow Direction & Air Visualization
Viable & Non- Viable Counts.
Temperature, RH & Differential Pressure Test.
Air velocity & Air Changes (ACPH).
Duct Leak Test & CFM Flow Calculation.
