Job profile/Responsibilities:-

(Safety)

Conducting Safety Induction Training to all employees, Contractors & Visitors.

Conduct Daily Safety Inspection of entire plant.and conduct safety meeting on every month.

Arrange and assist in organizing MOCK Drills and keep records of this.

Inspect the firefighting equipment monthly and record the observations.

Issuing of Work permits and monitoring of work permit system.

Maintaining continuous relations with statutory authorities for Environmental and Safety related issues.

Maintating all safety related documents uptodate.

Operations & Maintenance (Electrical)

Managing overall activities pertaining to Tansmission & distribution, erection, testing,

commissioning and maintenance of a wide range of Electrical equipments like 33KV/440V out door substation,4 MVA,2 MVATransformers,3 phase AC Motors, WMI Cranes, VFD, WEIGH FEEDER,LEVEL SENSORS, BELT WARE, ZSS, PCS and process control & Instrumentation equipments, Ash analizer.

Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive maintenance for identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimum.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents.

Responsible for indigenization of the spare parts.

Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality spares management/vendor Development.

Reviewing engineering drawing technical specification.

Imparting continuous on job training to the subordinates to enhance their operational efficiencies.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take corrective maintenance to rectify the Equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.

Maintaining 5”s” in process.

Cost controlling & better utilization of man power.
