Job Responsibility:

Planning, staffing, directing, monitoring and control of activities in shop floor that enhance shop floor efficiency and analysis

Production Planning against sales plan and ensuring material availability on time.

Production load leveling, Prioritization of production orders, Scrap registration for Finished Goods.

Ensure information regarding production planning level, changes in demand relevant for Supplier collaboration and development.

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to meet customer demand on time.

Creation of daily wise & monthly wise production plan

Assign the work to shift engineers, to Execute the production plan

Ensuring the Optimum machine utilization with available resources

Ensuring the Quality of the product by doing Random checking

Tracking & closing the Executed Production orders.

Release planned orders - production order (semi- and finished).

Follow up on the daily production output.

Maintain Production master data in SAP (e.g. new codes / deletions / changes).

Stock controlling (monitor / level responsible / counting) in shop floor and job worker site.

Make sure sales orders are confirmed (delivered) as requested - take action.

BOM creation for newly launched product, Checking the material consumption, routing & updating the same in BOM

Analyzing the consumption as per BOM & as per Physical on Monthly Basis

Job worker planning based on market demand on daily basis and ensuring the timely output.

Supplier rating based on quality, lead time and response.

New Supplier development, on boarding processes, Contract finalization and rate finalization based on part criticality & overheads.

Support Supplier Performance (highlight & address issues / analyze root causes)

Responsible for 5s in Shop floor and supplier area. SOFTWARE PROFICEINCY
