Designed and built a whole backend for the Labor Claims system including a Scoring Engine Procedure deciding what level of approval will be needed to process the Claim

Support Professional Sales and All Special-Order Systems and the Electronic Parts Catalog. CIO directive, added Hand Held PDA (Java) Development under my teams umbrella early 2000's.

RPG Teacher / Mentor - Phoenix Region Office, AZ

When O’Reilly purchased CSK Auto, CSK had a 24/7 Computer Operations Center which was going to be dissolved as part of the merger. I was asked to put certain Computer Operators through an RPG for Dummies training course. They first did an online course to get the basics from zero knowledge.

I wrote a 12 Test Training course with everything from Parameter, Arrays, DS, Klist,Reads, Chains, Batch updates, Simple screens and multiple subfiles with Position To /Fold and all sorts of goodies.

Out of 6 participants 4 passed and became all different levels of developers. Two of them are still team members and one retired.
