WORK EXPERIENCE

BI Developer / Atlassian Suite Admin Feb 2019 – Apr 2020

Maintained an external Oracle AWS DataMart that used Oracle scripts and a SSIS package to load the databases in an AWS server instance. Developed PL/SQL scripts that ran nightly to generate reports developed via the companies Hyperion WorkSpace. Developed BI financial reports that used both SQL and PL/SQL for Hyperion WorkSpace, SSRS, Crystal Reports and Jasper Soft including scheduled SSIS packages. Troubleshooted issues with existing ETL packages, updated error handling on SSIS packages.

Jira administrator for Cloud instances - met with Project stakeholders to create projects within Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket. Determined the ideal project type for the stakeholders (Classic vs Next–gen). With existing Project, I met with project Stakeholders and gave the Project Admins more control to manage their project by simplifying the workflow and creating a scalable solution for the PMO team. Created customized issue types and associated the issue type with customized workflow schemes, updated Permission schemes to restrict access on which team members can create issues, Updated Screens and Screen Schemes according to the PMO department. Troubleshooted boards and optimized board display with secondary filters using JQL. Completed a migration from both cloud to server and server to cloud of importing projects, portfolio roadmaps, issues and workflows from both instances. Implemented SSO authentication with Auto provisioning for applications Jira, Confluence, and Slack on the cloud instance. Modified screen Transition Issues Permissions to control which team members would transition issues. Modify Jira access to use SSO authentication with Auto provisioning. Slack Administration adding new channels and workspace. BitBucket Administration controlling access to Repos of outside non-domain users via SSO groups. Also used Postman to connect to Jira to both update and insert new issues. Completed Workfront PPM Administration tasks using Postman and Kick start and created adhoc reports with custom fields.

Senior Clarity Support Engineer May 2012- Feb 2019

Senior Clarity Support Engineer for two hybrid instances of Clarity PPM version 15.4 integrated with Jira/Confluence, involving both troubleshooting issues with Jira and the PPM application with an average monthly closing of 9 million dollars and the use of Open Work Bench, the scheduling tool integrated. The maintenance of the application involves adding lookups, Dynamic NSQL and new attributes to the application and maintaining and updating workflow processes. Configuration of portlets to meet the business reporting needs. I have assisted in the upgrade process and testing of Clarity version 13.1 to version 14.2. I also act as a liaison with the CA Clarity team in troubleshooting issues. Trouble shooting issues related to WIP, timesheet postings and Charge Code related issues. Created new reporting time periods and charge codes, also resolving end of month issues with WIP and Timesheet postings.
