Responsible for Feasibility study, design and proto development of extendable chassis, B-Train, Converter Dolly, Tilt Chassis, Plate Van Trailer, Post & Panel Van Trailer, Custom Trailers and Drop Deck Trailer

Design Reviews with CFT before releasing the design and act as a part of CFT to solve the other engineering related issues.

Interaction with the vendors like Haldex, wabco and Bendix for the selection of correct valves and prepare the pneumatic layouts for the brake systems.

Development of associative solid models of completely assembled products and detail parts including bill of materials (BOM) utilizing SolidWorks software within EPDM software and interface with our global shop ERP system

Preperation of various documentations for the material quotes from vendors and purchase orders.

Successfully designed a cabin with the riveted joints instead of welding joints for the stability, weight optimization and cost reduction

Designed the external plastic covers and weld structure for GATS system for the machine

Worked as a CFT and worked as a link between the proto team and the cabin team for the successful making of the physical models of various cabins during the visit to Germany

Concept design of the antenna folding assembly. Prepared all the kinematics and sent the output to the Protoshop

Reverse Engineering of full cabin of Dominator 156 combine

Cost saving by modifying existing product design for design optimization, which directed to reduction in work force and assembly time

As project lead, headed a team to complete 3D concept design for rotating access to cab for easy maintenance, visited German plant for proto development, and field-testing

Successfully delivered the 3D model of CT 30 machine through the reverse engineering with the help of various old paper drawings and the physical model

Made an award-winning model of the grain-tank filler head in which a complex mechanism was simplified by simple calculations

Modification of the External covers to reduce cost without changing the aesthetics
