To reconcile various process documents for SEA and AIR channel, find discrepancies and resolve them. For submitting Claims for Refund of deposits and guarantees, Duty Refund, Refund on Auction Proceeds and Non-Remittance Claim. Claims are submitted against the amount of Deposit or Duty which the customer has actually paid or pledged through guarantee to Dubai Customs. Automatic periodical reporting to finance on forfeiture of unclaimed deposits and claiming of duties against guarantees.
