Inspection

Inspection Application provide means to Book, Plan for Inspection and Perform Inspection. It is used to Inspect goods Exported and Imported through SEA, LAND and AIR channel in UAE. Used to inspect, monitor, report and take actions against fraudulent activities followed by Customs. Used to configure, monitor and record Inspection process followed by Inspectors, Managers, Team Leaders and Directors

Cargo Reconciliation

To reconcile various process documents for SEA and AIR channel, find discrepancies and resolve them. Real Time and Batch Reconciliations to make sure bookings and real time Import, Export data are correct. Collect Fine, Case creation against discrepancies and Case Management. To ensure arrival / departure of carriers is recognized by Customs and all cargo landing and leaving Dubai (discharge / load ) is reported and Manifested to Customs and mismatches are reported for action

Reconciliation Services System

For submitting Claims for Refund of deposits and guarantees, Duty Refund, Refund on Auction Proceeds and Non-Remittance Claim. Claims are submitted against the amount of Deposit or Duty which the customer has actually paid or pledged through guarantee to Dubai Customs. Automatic periodical reporting to finance on forfeiture of unclaimed deposits and claiming of duties against guarantees. Automated claim registration for refunds of duties and deposits upon approval of amendment or cancellation of goods declarations from Mirsal-2
