FP&A- Upgraded Hyperion (Planning, HFM, FDM) to maintain support. In support of the new CoA re-wrote the HFM application and re-built the planning platform in EPBCS (Oracle Cloud Planning system)
Manufacturing accounting – Developed plan to bring in automation around the reconciliation process and RFP for RPA
Develop Payment Strategy to better support the payment acceptance methods and simplification of the architecture and integration to support (Chose Adyen). Delivered the integration of a new Thailand diamond grading facility into the JDE/Hyperion systems
Retail Finance-Delivered Nuvolo -a facilities management system on ServiceNow Cloud system replacing the current Archibus system, yielding a better user experience and significant cost reduction. Delivered a new sales compensation system (Varicent Cloud) to replace and make more efficient the payment and incentives for sales associates

Developed ERP and EPM roadmap
●Delivered the roadmap and successful replacement of JDE ERP with Oracle Financials (consolidating multiple systems, streamlining the CoA, and making the overall operating model more efficient)

New Products require P&L’s to determine the ROI, prior to production runs. This was currently isolated within business channels domestically. Scholastic was looking to involve their International subsidiaries in products that could have a more global market.
